HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Being a Mobile Personal Trainer, I am able to provide specific training session in a time and location that suits you! I want to make the idea of working out a positive one to help push you towards a healthier mind and body.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
As part of my service, I provide equipment such as, dumbbells, resistance bands, a step and boxing equipment to push you towards your goals. I would recommend a yoga or sports Mat so you are training on a clean and comfortable surface.

IS THERE A MOBILE MILEAGE CHARGE?
As a mobile PT service, outside of a 5 mile radius of the TW5 postcode a small 45p charge per mile will be added to each session.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Booking in blocks is essential to gain consistency in your training. Without consistency results may be hard to come by. Each block has 4 sessions and rescheduling must be organised 36hrs before the start of the session to avoid losing that workout.
